Professional and Dedicated TeamThe nursery manager is highly qualified with over 20 years of childcare experience and is often asked to give presentations to other childcare professionals and write articles for childcare publications. All our staff hold recognised qualifications or are working towards gaining qualifications. Having passed an exacting selection process and police checks, they are chosen for their own particular skills and experience. Staff TrainingAs well as gaining qualifications in early years care and education, our staff regularly attend courses to help them to keep abreast with developments in early years care and education. All of our staff are qualified first aiders.A range of early years books and other publications are made available to staff and parents. We have very close links with the Peterborough Early Years Partnership and often invite experts to talk to staff and parents on a variety of childcare topics. |
